Fast Forward: Contemporary Science Fiction is a monthly half-hour television series about the genres of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror. The show was started in 1989 and has run (almost) regularly ever since. We are closing in on 250 episodes!

Each episode of Fast Forward features an in-depth interview with a professional writer, artist, editor, or filmmaker who has created work that can be described as SF, Fantasy, and/or Horror. In addition, each episode usually has a book review, a segment devoted to new or classic genre film and television, and an events calendar. Some episodes have special reports about people, places, or events of interest to science fiction fans. We welcome your comments and encourage you to submit ideas for future segments.

You'll need Quicktime compatibility to play the interview. Yes, you need to be able to play Quicktime files to see our videos. You'll want to use a broadband connection. What? No broadband? Well, click on the mp3 link beside the photo for an audio only version which should work with slower connections and those who cannot play back Quicktime files.
